Sterlite Optical bags contract worth Rs 38 crore

New Delhi, Aug 14: Sterlite Optical Technologies Ltd today said it has received a contract worth Rs 38 crore from state owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) for manufacture and supply of high fiber count ribbon fiber optic cables.

These cables would be installed in BNSL's Pan-India Optical Fiber Access Network (OAN) and would be completed within the next six months, company said in a statement.
