RBI cancels certificate of registration of Premium Portfolio

Mumbai, Aug 14 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the certificate of registration granted to Agro-based Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC), Premium Portfolio Management and Finance Private Limited as the company has voluntarily surrendered its certificate of registration.

The RBI, in a release here today, said the cancellation is effective from July 30 and the NBFC can not transact the business of a NBFC.
