Passport counter for Haj, Umra pilgrims

Hyderabad, Aug 14 (UNI) Passports will be issued to all Haj and Umra pilgrims from counters set up at the Andhra Pradesh Haj Committee Office, from November 10 and August 21, respectively.

Addressing the press here, Regional Passport Officer Bala Baskar said passports would be issued instantly to pilgrims who submit the necessary documents.

Stating that more than 400 passports were issued to pilgrims last year, he said the number would be increased this year.
