Man commits suicide by jumping off hospital building

Puducherry, Aug 14 (UNI) A patient at JIPMER hospital here allegedly committed suicide by jumping off the third floor of the building last evening.

According to the police, Chandrasekar (25) of Tindivanam consumed poison in a bid to commit suicide and was admitted to the hospital.

During the recovery stage, he jumped from the window of the room and died on the spot.
