Forum asks Reliancefresh to reply for serving toffees against cash

Ranchi, Aug 14 (UNI) The district consumer forum today directed a local outlet of Reliancefresh here to appear and file its reply on why it was serving toffees or cakes instead of returning the balance money in cash.

Mr Ravi in his complain said that Reliancefresh outlet in Bahubazar did not return the balance money of small denominations.

Mr Ramit Satendra appearing on behalf of the petitioner informed the court that the complainant, a regular customer at Reliancefresh, often had to accept toffee or cake instead of cash as balance amount as they failed to give any change.
