Call rates end firm at 6.15-6.20 percent
Mumbai, Aug 14 (UNI) Call money rates today closed firm at 6.15-6.20 percent, almost same as the previous close of 6.20 percent.
According to dealers, call rates are likely to retain the stable levels in the sessions ahead also.
Reserve bank, under the Liquidity Adjustment Facility (LAF), accepted all 18 bids of Rs 25,325 crore at the one day reverse repo auction at the rate of 6.00 percent in the morning.
Earlier in the morning, Call money had opened at 6.10 percent, slightly up from the previous close of 6.20 percent at the inter-bank money market.
