Shamshabad airport to be operational by June 2008: Minister

Guntur, Aug 13 (UNI) The Shamshabad international airport will be operational by June 2008, Andhra Pradesh Minister for Ports J Ramamohana Rao said today.

Talking to newspersons here, he said 70 per cent work on the airport was completed and the remaining would be completed soon.

The Minister also briefed on the development of seaports at Gangavaram, Krishnapatnam and Kakinada.
