Karnataka Deputy CM Yediyurappa meets Rajnath Singh

New Delhi, Aug 13 (UNI) Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and BJP leader B S Yediyurappa today called on BJP President Rajnath Singh here and discussed the impending transfer of power in the state.

Party sources said Mr Yediyurappa apprised the party President of the political situation in Karnataka and conveyed that he was hopeful that transition of power from JD(S) to the BJP on October 3 would be smooth.

The meeting between the two lasted about half an hour.
