Kalam to launch second National Youth Movement in AP

Hyderabad, Aug 13 (UNI) Former President A P J Abdul Kalam will launch the 'Second National Youth Movement', organised by Lead India 2020 Foundation, at Sanga Reddy on August 15.

Addressing a press conference here, Foundation National Coordinator N Sudershan said the objective of the movement was to provide training to the youth, enabling them to achieve their goals. Skill development, instilling confidence and motivating the youth were among the programmes being organised as part of the movement.

More than 20 lakh youth would be trained in the State, with one lakh youth being covered in every district, he said, adding that the motto of the movement was 'Aap bado - desh ko badao'.

The training camps would be launched in the other States after successfully completing the movement in Andhra Pradesh, he said.
