Gujarat High Court rejects Santokben Jadeja's plea

Ahmedabad, Aug 13 (UNI) The Gujarat High Court today rejected the plea of ''Godmother'' Santokben Jadeja against Junagadh trial court's order for conducting a narco test on her.

Santokben Jadeja had urged the High Court to issue necessary directions to the trial court to resolve the issue of her bail plea before deciding on the narco test.

Santokben was arrested on June 9 this year for allegedly sheltering two suspects, believed to be friends of her son Kandhal, in the rape and murder of two Koli girls in Junagadh. The two girls had visited the Datar shrine in Junagadh where one of them was raped and the other murdered on May 13.
