GCCI elects hon secretaries and treasurer

Ahmedabad, Aug 13 (UNI) The executive committee of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), at its meeting held here today, unanimously elected honorary secretaries and treasurer for the year 2007-08.

The meeting, presided over by GCCI President Mrs Paru Jaykrishna, elected Natwarlal A Patel and Bipin M Shah as Hon Secretaries, while Durgesh V Buch is the new Treasurer.

With a view to represent trade and industry problems effectively and efficiently, the executive committee of the Chamber has coopted members in the executive committee from various trade and industry associations from across the state.
