2 killed and 18 injured in north Kashmir blast, three critical
Baramulla, Aug 13 (UNI) A Rajasthani cobler was among two people killed and 18 others wounded in a grenade blast at Bandipora, about 55 km from here in north Kashmir this afternoon.
Official sources said unidentified militants hurled a hand grenade near crowded Nowpora chowk at Bandipora this afternoon.
It exploded on the roadside causing injuries to 20 people.
Among the injured, a Rajasthani cobler Shama Ram and a local Yavar Rafiq died before they could be shifted to hospital.
The injured were admitted to different hospitals, where the condition of the three of them is stated to be critical.
