Indian, Pak designers to participate in Bride Groom 2007 in Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 12 (UNI) Designers from India as well as Pakistan will showcase their wedding solutions - from trousseau, accessories, latest jewellery, wedding gifts, make-up artists, wedding planners, experts, photographers and honeymoon packages - at the 8th 'Bride and Groom 2007' Exhibition in the Capital from August 18.

The exhibition, which will be preceded by a fashion show on August 16 at Hotel Ashok as a sneak preview, will feature Indian designers Gaurav Om Chabhra, La Solitaire, Sagar Mehra, Neem and Soni Suri, Ruchika Walia, Yuvraj, Seema Agarwal and Ekta sharing the platform with leading designers from Pakistan like Aiesha Varsey, Jaazib - Monia Farooqui, Lala Lawn - Shahrek Lala amongst others.

This year's edition of Bride and Groom 2007, considered one of the biggest and most wide-spread wedding exhibitions in Asia, will feature leading designers from Kolkata like Rudraksh, Bandhej, Stae Couture, Rangaj the Studio and A P Jewellers.

This year too, the exhibition, an international show organised by International Trade and Exhibition (ITE) Group India Private Limited, one of the pioneers in holding trade and lifestyle exhibitions for over a decade now, will showcase complete wedding solutions under one roof.

''It is an honour to have all the leading names from Kolkata participate in this international show. Jaipur has always been a must visit place for any bride-to-be and I am confident they will draw all the attention this year.

Our show is a one-stop shop to make the big day as perfect as one must have imagined. The event brings a convenient and exciting array of virtually everything one needs to plan for the wedding - from pre-nuptial to the honeymoon,''Director, ITE Group India Pvt Ltd Kiran Sharma said.

Post the phenomenal success of the Bride and Groom Exhibition last year, it has established itself as the largest and most exciting show in India with a grand fashion show, interactive workshops for visitors and plenty of enquiries and sales for exhibitors.

The show will display all distinct traditional as well as contemporary styles with over 100 participants from all over the country.
