AIADMK to hold demo on coop crop loan issue

Chennai, Aug 12 (UNI) The AIADMK will stage a demonstration on August 14 at Nagapattinam condemning 'the delay by the DMK Government in disbursing cooperative crop loans to farmers.' In a statement here today, AIADMK General Secretary J Jayalalithaa said farmers were disappointed due to delay in disbursement of crop loans apart from the rules and conditions imposed to avail such loans.

To condemn this, the party would hold a demonstration near the New Bus Stand in Nagapattinam, she said.
