Rs 7 lakh worth ornaments looted from jewellery shop in Pune

Pune, Aug 11 (UNI) Unidentified persons looted gold ornaments worth Rs seven lakh from a jewellery shop at Swargate here today.

The robbers broke into the jewellery shop by making a hole into a wall that is common to a provision store and the ornament shop, police said.

Jewellery store owner Mahendra Madanlal Bamb has lodged a complaint with the police and further investigations are on, sources added.
