Six people injured in grenade blast at temple in Bhaderwah

Jammu, Aug 9 (UNI) At least six people were injured, three of them critically, when militants hurled a grenade in front of Laxmi Narayan Temple, in the heart of Bhaderwah town of Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir last night, official sources said here today.

Some unidentified militants lobbed a grenade at a tea stall near Laxmi Narayan temple in Azad Chowk, Mandir Bazar area of Bhaderwah town, last night at 2045 hrs, sources said.

The grenade exploded on the spot and six people sitting near a tea stall sustained injuries. The condition of three persons was stated to be serious.
