Woman dies after eating contaminated food

Mau, Aug 8 (UNI) A woman died and her five-year-old son took seriously ill after consuming contaminated food in Kopaganj area here.

According to police today, Kaushalya (45) of Balua Mauja village and her son took grievously ill after eating stale breakfast.

By the time, her husband Shivchand returned home, Kaushalya had succumbed.

The boy had been admitted to a primary health centre in a serious condition.
