UP govt to increase seats in state medical colleges
Lucknow, Aug 8 (UNI) In the current financial year, a provision of Rs 185.71 crore has been made for increasing the number of seats in the six Government Medical Colleges of Uttar Pradesh.
While providing this information, UP Minister for Medical Education Lalji Verma also added that in this financial year, two medical colleges at Ambedkar Nagar and Saharanpur districts were to be established. For this, a budgetary provision of Rs 60 crore had been made.
