SR cancels three trains running through Konkan Railway

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 8 (UNI) Due to landslide near Madgaon and consequent dislocation of train services, the Southern Railway had cancelled ''Mathsyagandha'' and Nethravathi Express to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus.

While train No 2619 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Mangalore ''Mathsyagandha'' Express scheduled to leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 1405 hrs today has been cancelled, the train No 6346 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Netravati Express is scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 1000 hrs tomorrow, a SR release said here.

Train No 2617 Ernakulam-Nizamuddin ''Mangala'' express scheduled to leave Ernakulam at 1045 hrs tomorrow also has been cancelled.

Due to breach between Bavanagar and Ahmedabad, train no 6333 Veraval-Thiruvananthapuram Central express scheduled to leave Veraval at 0300 hrs tomorrow was partially cancelled between Veraval and Rajkot, the release added.
