Sierra Atlantic buys Boston-based company

Hyderabad, Aug 8: Sierra Atlantic, an information technology services provider, today announced that it has acquired ArrAy Inc, a Boston-based software engineering services firm with global delivery centres in Guangzhou and Shanghai, China.

The combined entity, after the companies assimilate operations, would have more than 1,500 employees worldwide, the company said in a release here.
