New Delhi, Aug 8 (UNI) The NDA today criticised the UPA Government, particularly Congress, for allegedly adopting ''unconstitutional'' means to bail out the Kamat Government, which was in minority.

The NDA MPs, who met under the chairmanship of Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha L K Advani, adopted a resolution condemning the manner in which two MLAs belonging to Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party were debarred from participating in the motion for trial of strength in the Assembly on July 30 by Speaker Pratapsinh Rane.

The resolution said that the two MLAs had not been heard by the Speaker before taking the decision and no explanation was sought from them till date. It demanded dismissal of the Kamat Government and installation of the GDA government headed by Mr Parikkar in the state.

BJP spokesman Rajiv Pratap Rudy, also party incharge of Goa, said the NDA had also decided to sit on a dharna alongwith GDA MLAs at Jantar Mantar on August 10, opening day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament.

The 21 GDA MLAs, he said, would be arriving here on Friday.
