Kapu Yuvasena demands inclusion in BCs

Hyderabad, Aug 8 (UNI) ''Kapu Yuvasena'' state President T Ramesh Naidu today demanded that the Andhra Pradesh Government include Kapus, Telaga, Balija and Ontari communities in the Backward Class (BC) list and provide reservation to them in education and government jobs.

Addressing a press conference here, Mr Naidu said these four communities were most backward communities in the state. Reservation in education and employment could improve their socio-economic condition.

Demanding that the BC Commission conduct a public hearing on the inclusion of the four communities in the BC list, he said the organisation would launch an indefinite hunger strike if their demands were not conceded.
