HC asks Govt to file report on road repair

Kochi, Aug 8 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today directed the State Government to file a detailed report on the action taken to repair roads across the State.

Justice K M Joseph, while considering a petition filed by C P Ajith Kumar from Kochi, made an observation that nowhere in the world roads were in such bad conditions..

The Government had filed a statement in the case stating that the delay in repairing the road was due to strike by the Contractors.

The Government also stated that arrangements were made to start repair work.
