M'shtra: Cyclist killed after ST bus runs over

Kolhapur, Aug 8: A 56-year-old man riding a bicycle was crushed to death by a speeding Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) bus near Gokhale College here today.

The man, identified as Anandrao Sutar, was a resident of the Mandlik Vasahat locality. The bus was en route to central bus stand here from Gargoti, when the mishap occurred, police said.

The ST bus driver Ashok Tukaram Malvekar has been taken into custody, they added.
