AP: Chandrababu offers worship in Tirumala temple

Tirumala, Aug 8: The former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Telegu Desam Party (TDP) president N Chandrababu Naidu today offered worship to Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala temple.

Mr Naidu, who arrived here from Hyderabad for a two-day visit to the temple town, was received at the temple by Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam (TTD) officials.

After a night halt at hill-top, the TDO supremo with his family, would visit Tirumala temple again tomorrow to seek the blessings of Lord Balaji in view of the wedding of his son Lokesh with his brother-in-law and film actor Balakrishna's daughter Brahmani on August 26.

Mr Balakrishna with his family are likely to arrive in Tirumala from Chennai tomorrow morning in view of the occasion.
