19-yr old girl commits suicide in north Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 8 (UNI) A 19-year old girl today committed suicide in Malkaganj area in north Delhi, police said.

Police said the girl Pinky, an eighth class dropout, consumed poison at her house.

The relatives of the girl, daughter of a rickshaw-puller, found her in this condition at 1145 hours, they added.

Police said the girl took the drastic step when she was alone in the house. She was rushed to the Hindu Rao Hospital where she was declared brought dead.
