AP CM offers to constitute all party delegation on Indiramma scheme
Hyderabad, Aug 7 (UNI) While rejecting the opposition demand for appointment of an ombudsman to look into complaints regarding implementation of the 'Indiramma' scheme, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today offered to take an all party delegation to various states for incorporating improved features in the scheme targetted to construct 80 lakh houses at an estimated cost of Rs 24,000 crore in three phases by the year 2009.

''The government's aim is to see that no ineligible person gets a house or no eligible person was denied a house'', he said, adding that the government wanted to ensure that no eligible person was without a house by 2009.
Dr Reddy said the second phase of the scheme would be launched on October 2 and the third on January 25. Other parties are welcome to make constructive suggestions for improving the scheme, he added.
