Veteran FB leader Kamal Guha's condition serious

Kolkata, Aug 6 (UNI) The condition of veteran Forward Bloc leader Kamal Guha, who has been suffering for long, turned serious today.

Party sources said FB state secretary Ashok Ghosh is on his way to Cooch Behar to see the octogenarian leader.

A medical board had been constitued on the directive of Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee last week.

The former agriculture minister had been under treatment in the ICCU of a private nursing home since his admission on July 24 for multifarious ailments, including breathing problem.

A four-member medical team, headed by cardiologist Biswakesh Majumdar of SSKM in Kolkata, had reached Cooch Behar on August 3.
