Hearing on Chahal's regular bail plea adjourned till August 13

Chandigarh, Aug 6 (UNI) Punjab and Haryana High Court Justice Surya Kant today adjourned till August 13 the hearing on the regular bail application of B I S Chahal, Media Adviser to former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh, in connection with land grabing and attempt to murder case registered at Ludhiana on June 10.

His other anticipatory bail application in connection with Ludhiana City Centre scam case has been adjourned till August 24.

A similar order has been passed for the accused belonging to Today Homes company, who are also allegedly involved in the City Centre scam case.

UNI
