MP Govt to consider setting up of film city: Chouhan
Khandwa, MP, Aug 5 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today said the government would seriously consider setting up a film city in the state.
Mr Chouhan, while addressing the Kishore Kumar Award ceremony last night, setting up of a film city would provide a better platform to budding talents.
Commenting upon the state's contribution in talents in Indian cinema, he said there was no dearth of talent in the state. He pointed out that artists from late Kishore Kumar to Ashutosh Rana hailed from the state.
Actor-turned-BJP leader Shatrughan Sinha was honoured with the Kishore Kumar Award.
