New Delhi, Aug 5 (UNI) The BJP today said it would raise in the monsoon session of Parliament the issue of landing of an IAF helicopter on a National Highway on the directions of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad during an aerial survey of flood-hit areas in Bihar.

Senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha told newsmen here that the copter landed on the busy NH-28A, causing great inconvenience to the people.

He said Mr Prasad was now denying involvement in the incident but from the taped conversation between the pilot and the ground station the matter is clear that the RJD leader was now trying to mislead the people.

Responding to another query, Mr Sinha said his party had cautioned the government against any withdrawal of troops from Jammu and Kashmir since militancy had not yet stopped in the strife-torn state.

He said any cutdown in security measures there could adversely affect the national security interest.

In response to another poser, Mr Sinha said the BJP had asked the government to provide agricultural loans to farmers at four per cent interest rate.

He said in order to encourage that the Centre should give financial support to banks to the extent they would not be suffering any losses in those business propositions.
