New born baby abandoned in city hospital

Surat, July 4 (UNI) Police have registered a complaint against a couple for allegedly abandoning their new born baby at the New Civil hospital here.

The baby was found abandoned in the nursery area of the hospital yesterday, police today said.

The baby's parents had taken it to the hospital for a routine check-up, sources added.
