Air Deccan offers 100,000 tickets at Rs.60 for I-day anniversary

Bangalore, Aug 4 (UNI) Low cost carrier Air Deccan today announced an offer of one lakh tickets at Rs.60 plus taxes to celebrate the 60th anniversary of India's Independence.

The tickets would be available for travel between August 20 and September 30, Air Deccan said in a releae adding that the bookings would be open for 72 hours from 0500 hrs on August five.

Air Deccan CEO, Ramki Sundaram said in the release "Air Deccan joins the nations spirit to commemorate and celebrate the occasion by providing tickets at Rs 60/- (plus taxes). As part of the young-emerging India, it is Air Deccan's vision to empower every Indian to fly. With this special offer we look forward to encourage more first time flyers.
