Call money ends at 2.50 percent

Mumbai, Aug 3 (UNI) Call money rates today ended at 2.50 percent as compared to the previous close of 0.10 percent.

It opened at 3.00 percent in morning and hovered around these margins during most part of the day.

Dealers see a sharp rise in call value next week as the hiked CRR rate was expected to drain out the excess money in the system.
