Two civilians injured in mine blast near LoC
Jammu, Aug 2 (UNI) Two villagers were injured in two separate incidents of mine blast near the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri and Poonch districts of Jammu and Kashmir last evening, official sources said here today.
A 24-year-old Gujjar youth, Tasadduq Hussain, son of a forest guard who had gone for cutting grass, lost his foot in the mine explosion at Peer Bhadesar area of Keri sector in the Rajouri district .
Another incident of blast took place near Shahpur village, close to LoC in the Poonch district in which Qamar Din sustained serious injuries.
Qamar was first taken to District hospital Poonch where doctors gave him preliminary treatment and then referred to Government Medical Collge and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for further treatment.
