Lt Gen Jaswal new GOC of 4 Corps

Guwahati, Aug 2 (UNI) Lt Gen B S Jaswal will be the new General Officer Commanding of the Tezpur-based IV Corps, taking over from Lt Gen R K Chabbra.

Lt Gen Chabbra has been appointed Chief of Staff, Southern Command.

Lt Gen Jaswal, presently posted as Director General, Infantry, at Army headquarters in New Delhi, will take over charge on August 7.
