Local court order to register case in Arif -Gudia episode

Meerut, Aug 2 (UNI) A local court has ordered a case to be registered against the director, actor and actress, who made a film on the Arif-Gudia episode, for forgery and violating copyright.

Arif, an army jawan and resident of Mundali village got married to Gudia,a resident of Kalauda village in Gautambudha Nagar in 1999.

Arif was captured by the Pakistan army during Kargil war, but the Indian Army, not having knowledge of this, declared him a deserter, After this incident, Gudia got married to Taufiq a resident of Pataudi village (Gurgaon) and she had a son from him.

The situation became confusing when Arif returned from Pakistan.

Gudia and Arif got married again .

Arif's brother Abdul Hamid had lodged a compliant against film director Prabhakar Shukla, actor Arif Zakaria and actress Seema Biswas for violation of copy right.

Civil judge Krishna Kumar has ordered registration of a case against them in Mundali police station.
