IT student killed as Blueline runs over motorcycle

New Delhi, Aug 2 (UNI) A 25-year-old IT student was run over by a speeding Blueline in Lajpat Nagar of South Delhi today.

Sachin, a student of NIIT, was on his motorcycle when the blueline, plying on route no 429 (Kalkaji to Old Delhi Railway Station), ran over him in Garhi area under Lajpat Nagar police station, said sources.

He was declared brought dead after being rushed to a nearby hospital.

The driver of the Blueline Balwant Singh has been arrested and a case of negligent driving registered.

UNI
