DDA gets over Rs 23 crores for shops, offices bids
New Delhi, Aug 2 (UNI) The Delhi Development Authority has realised an amount of about Rs 23.37 crore through bids for 172 shops and offices constructed by it in various parts of the city.
This amount has been recieved against reserved price of about Rs 19.24 crore. Out of the 172 shops and offices put to tender, 52 have been sold out on the basis of tenders opened since yesterday.
A total of 161 tender applications were received, a DDA statement said today.
These shops and offices are located in community centres, convenient shopping centres, local shopping centres located in various parts of Delhi including New Friends Colony, Kalkaji, Dwarka, Priyadarshani Vihar, Nand Nagari, Rohini, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Lok Nayak Puram, Vikas Puri etc.
The list of successful bidders has been posted on the website of DDA-www.dda.org.in.
