YSR should resign: TDP

Visakhapatnam, Aug 1 (UNI) The TDP Parlimantary party committee Chairman and MP K Yerran Naidu today demanded that the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy should resign and also apologise to the people of Mudigonda village in Khammam district.

Addressing a press conference here, he accused the Chief Minister of selling government land to his own kith, kin and also to his associates in the Congress party.

He alleged that the land of Lime and Bauxite, and Ananthapur and Visakhapatnam districts were given to Raghuram Cements owned by Dr Reddy's son and Jindal company owned by Mr Jindal, who was sitting MP of the Congress party, respectively.

If TDP would come to power in the next election, no government land would be sold, Mr Naidu claimed, and added that the same would be the party's agenda in the coming election.
