Vatika Group sets up business centre in Pune

Pune, Aug 1 (UNI) Gurgaon-based real estate and hospitality major Vatika Group today announced that it has launched its first state-of-the-art business centre in Pune, the upcoming IT city.

Briefing mediapersons here today, Vatika Group Director (marketing and operations) Gaurav Bhalla said ''With India's rapid movement towards being the largest global economy, India needs to be equipped with the technological infrastructure to support the pace.'' ''With immense demand for such infrastructure in India, we seek to be the first movers in this realty segment and lead infrastructure in India to the higher levels,'' he said.

With this, the company plans to expand its operations across India and the Group will announce more such projects in the near future. It also plans to launch another such business centre in Hyderabad, he informed.

Vatika Business Centre in the city occupies 32,000 sq ft of area, encompassing the entire 5th floor of Tower C of Panchshil Tech Park One, Yerawada, Pune. It offers 323-seater 10 meeting rooms and a conference room.

The centre provides exclusive ambience, fully furnished offices, state-of-the-art communication technology and infrastructure, premiere meeting rooms, professional support services, dedicated back-end staff, high-end security and access to essential office equipment. Each of the suites at the centre are equipped with high-speed internet access and DID phone extensions with call forwarding and voicemail and remote retrieval on 24x7 basis.

In addition to providing physical office space, the Vatika Business Centre also offers virtual office space packages.

Comprehending the similar potential and demand in Hyderabad, Vatika Group has planned to come up with a similar business centre there after Pune.

Elaborating on the futute plans, Mr Bhalla said the Group plans to take the popular concept to other cities like Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Mysore, Vaizag and New Delhi.
