Special trains between Bangalore and Kerala for Onam

Bangalore, Aug 1 (UNI) South Western Railway (SWR) will run special trains to Kerala to cope up with extra rush during the forthcoming Onam festival.

Ernakulam-Bangalore City Weekly Special train would leave Ernakulam Junction at 17:00 hrs on Mondays and reach Bangalore City at 0420 hrs next day, a SWR release here today said.

On the return direction, the Bangalore City-Ernakulam service would leave Bangalore City at 1715 hrs on Tuesdays and reach Ernakulam at 0430 hrs the next day.

The first service from Ernakulam would commence from August six and the last service would be on August 27.

While the first service from Bangalore City would begin from August seven and the last service would be on August 28.

Kochuveli-Bangalore City Weekly Express Special would leave Kochuveli at 1415 hrs on Thursdays and arrive at Bangalore City at 0715 hrs the next day.

Bangalore City-Kochuveli would leave Bangalore City on Fridays at 18.55 hrs and reach Kochuveli at 1110 hrs the next day.

The first service from Kochuveli will commence from tomorrow and the last servce would be on August 30.

The first service from Bangalore City would start from August three and the last service would be on August 31.
