''My repeated appeals have gone unnoticed and now I think I will have to seek the opinion of the House on how to handle the situation,'' Mr Kupekar said after the Question Hour, when he noticed that only Energy Minister Dilip Walse-Patil, Minister of State for Transport Dharmarao Atram, Minister of State for Health Ranjit Kamble were present.
