NDTV Labs Ltd appoints Saurabh Malhotra as COO

Mumbai, Aug 1 (UNI) NDTV Ltd today announced the appointment of Saurabh Malhotra as COO of NDTV Labs Ltd, the software and technology company.

A NDTV spokesperson said ''In his new role as COO of NDTV Labs Ltd, Mr Malhotra will be responsible for the success of the company and will steer new business initiatives comprising infrastructure outsourcing, systems integration in the broadcast space, software/technology development and the retail TV markets, all of which will be run as separate business verticals.

He will report to CEO of NDTV Labs Ltd and to the Board of Directors of NDTV Labs Ltd.'' Mr Malhotra comes with 18 years of diverse experience in sales, marketing and general management and in setting up new businesses in the IT and OA environments. This has equipped him with cross-domain knowledge and relationships, which will enable penetration in global markets for cutting edge media technology products and services developed by NDTV Labs, the spokesperson added.
