Nanchil Kumaran appointed Additional DGP Intelligence

Chennai, Aug 1 (UNI) Additional Director General Of Police Intelligence G Nanchil Kumaran has been appointed as Chennai City Police Commissioner.

An official release said here today that the present Police Commissioner Letika Saran was transfered and posted as Additional Director General of Police, Administration, Chennai in the place of K Ramanujam, who was posted as full time member Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Third Police Commission Chennai.

Meanwhile, Mr K Vijayakumar who was taken over charge of Additional Director General Of Police (Law and order) yesterday, today called on the Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.
