Manjushree net profit up by 83 per cent
Kolkata, Aug 1(UNI) Manjushree Extrusions has posted a net profit of Rs 89 lakhs in the first quarter of 2007-08 compared to Rs 49 lakh, a growth of 83 per cent.
In the first quarter ended on June 30, 2007, Manjushree Extrusions turnover increased by 7 per cent to Rs 18.12 crore compared Rs 16.87 crore.
The Board has approved an interim dividend of 10 per cent.
Manjushree Extrusions is an advanced plastic packaging technology company, whose products find applications in FMCG, pharma, food processing and agrochemical sectors.
The company is currently implementing an expansion cum diversification project with a capital outlay of Rs.53.70 crores.
