Honda's car sales dips 17% during July 2007

New Delhi, Aug 1 (UNI) Country's premium cars manufacturer Honda Siel Cars India Ltd (HSCI) today said the company's sales dipped by 17 per cent to 4,533 vehicles during July 2007 as compared to 5,461 units sold in the corresponding month last year.

However, the company's cumulative sales for the period January-July 2007 rose by 20.10 per cent with 36,759 vehicles sold as compared to 30,606 units in the corresponding period last year, said a statement.

The cumulative sales of the company during the Financial Year period April-July 2007 was 18,738 units, as against 17,713 units sold in the corresponding period last fiscal, recording an increase of 5.8 per cent.
