Convict dies in Yerwada jail

Pune, Aug 1 (UNI) A convict, charged under MCOCA, died at the Yerwada jail here today following an heart attack.

Uttam Ramchandra Hole, convicted on various charges, was serving his four year sentence in the Yerawada Jail.

Jail authorities said that Hole who was asleep suffered a stroke and died before medical assistance could reach him .
