One gets life imprisonment in Banka

Banka, Jul 31 (UNI) A local fast track court here today awarded life imprisonment to a person in a murder case.

The fast track court judge SP Prasad found Chandar Yadav of Ghoraiyya village under Ghoraiyya police station area in Banka district guilty of murdering his co-villager Anil Yadav.

According to the charges, Anil Yadav was shot dead on December 6 2000. The reason behind the murder was said to be personal rivalry.
