CS urges officers to donate blood

Chandigarh, July 31 (UNI) Haryana Chief Secretary Prem Prashant has urged all Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments stationed at Chandigarh and Panchkula to voluntarily donate their blood at the blood donation camp to be organised at Haryana Civil Secretariat here on August 14.

An official spokesman said the blood donation camp would be organised in the main committee room at fourth floor of the Haryana Civil Secretariat from 1000 hrs to 1300. It would be organised by Blood Bank Society, PGIMER, Chandigarh.

He said the Chief Secretary also urged each of them to motivate at least 10 officers and officials for this noble cause.

The Chief Secretary also hoped that they would take personal interest for the success of the camp.
